✦ Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

✦ Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.

✦ Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and the same has to be borne by the guest.

✦ The price is based on current ticket price of all sightseeing places. If any ticket price increases in future that will attract additional cost.

✦ Once all tickets are booked, any amendment is not possible and no refund will be given

✦ Visa will take approx 08 - 10 working days.

✦ For Visa & Arrival, Departure Kindly send passport copies front and back, Ticket copy and pan card copy of each traveller.

✦ Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, visa fee, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes/ black out date/day.

✦ Final itinerary will be provided to you before around 8 - 10 days from Travel date.

✦ Transfers (Transportation) at any destination is point to point basis for both SIC & Private.

✦ HAZEL TOURS shall not be held responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The additional cost incurred will be in Addition to the cost.

✦ No refund for any used sightseeing places or unused services whatsoever reason.

✦ Due to any weather conditions any sightseeing missing that tour will be cancalled due to weather or bad climate or any unwanteed issues if sightseeing will be delayd or cancalled that is non-refundable.

✦ Bread in the hotel might contain eggs, so before consuming kindly check with Restaurant attendant.

✦ There will be limited items available in the breakfast for Jain passengers which will mostly be fruits, juices, salads, cereals, milk, coffee etc.

✦ For Jain menu in all Lunches & Dinner there will be limited options available compared to regular veg food.

✦ In international holidays Jain food will be strictly considering No Onion, No Garlic and No potatoes.

✦ Please note that in our group tours the dinner time is mostly after 7.30 pm so chauvihar or other religious practices will not be possible and dinner time cannot be amended.

✦ You cannot carry hot plates and prepare anything inside the room in your hotel since this may cause the fire alarm to go off and there will be heavy penalties levied by the hotels and that shall be solely borne by the client.
